We use not only traditional methods of appraising for all types of real estate, but new methods which use “smart software” for expedited and cost efficient valuations. In 1998,we developed SAIVS. Stickelman, Schneider and Associates is pleased to announce the release of the new RAP-R product. The RAP-R will replace the current SAIVS product. The RAP-R is an abbreviated APPRAISAL report that is fast, accurate, inexpensive and market driven. The appraisal report is USPAP and regulatory compliant. SSA has utilized innovative technology to produce a new web based report that provides second mortgage lenders with real time access. The abbreviated appraisal replaces inaccurate AVM mechanics with sound valuation methodology for accurate appraiser driven collateral solutions. Low price, rapid turnaround and portability increase overall customer satisfaction. The RAP-R solution provides the second mortgage lender with a credible market value based upon geographic knowledge, multiple date sources and appraiser expertise. RAP-R has answers to sound credit risk management with a strong valuation procedures and processes.
