Dirk Schneider
President
Dirk Schneider started as an appraiser in July of 1993. Quickly rising to manager of the Cincinnati office in 1996, he began to build crucial client relationships that still exist today. By listening to clients, homeowners, investors and builders, Dirk was able to transform the way our company performed appraisals. Dirk became a partner of Stickelman, Schneider & Associates in 1998. As President, Dirk has set the company's vision for growth and increased profitability over the next five to ten years.

Sarah Stickelman
Vice-President
Sarah, an original founder of the company alongside Ron Stickelman, started the company in February of 1987. Having worked for Citizens Federal as a Loan Originator and Assistant Vice-President, she was intimately familiar with the lending process, both in and out of the branches. Sarah and Ron knew that by starting their own company, they could produce a quicker turnaround with better quality appraisals than the banks were getting at the time. The gamble paid off. Sarah is now Vice-President of Ohio's largest regional Appraisal Valuation company, with offices in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton.
