OFHEO Quarterly Report
The
Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) released its
quarterly report on U.S. home prices by city for the first Quarter of
2008. 292 metro areas were included, 164 saw price gains and 128 saw
price decreases. The major cities within our coverage all showed an
“increase” in the first quarter and over the first
quarter of 2007. The statistics for our market area are listed below:
